Hi! I’m Tim, and I’ve been walking on roofs long before I could even remember. I’m a second-generation roofer, originally from the Dallas area and I’ve learned a lot from being in this industry for most of my life. I believe in doing what’s best for the customer, which sometimes means NOT replacing an entire roof. I truly want to make the roofing industry better than it is, and help you make decisions with full confidence. While I have countless years of experience in residential and commercial roofing, I also have my license in Colorado as a roofing contractor. I personally hold this license, which is rare. I also have training as an insurance adjuster, which gives me unique insight into knowing exactly what your insurance company will be looking for when you file a claim. I have experience flipping houses and other areas of construction, which helps me understand how different systems in a house work together. My wife and I are proud to call Evergreen, Colorado, home and can’t imagine living anywhere else. We love getting to know you all and are so thankful to be part of this mountain community so close to Denver.
